Pathao is looking for a talented and creative ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s voice, developing powerful content strategies, and crafting compelling stories that resonate with millions across Bangladesh.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to:
- Develop engaging, well-researched content in both English and Bangla for digital and print platforms, including social media, blogs, articles, website copy, product descriptions, and PR materials.
- Write impactful scripts for OVCs, digital films, and brand videos.
- Supervise shoots and ensure the creative vision translates effectively from script to screen.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content in terms of tone, style, and language.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brandโs voice and guidelines.
- Craft clear, compelling, and creative advertising copy to promote the companyโs services.
- Proofread, edit, and polish all content, from blogs and articles to PR materials, to ensure quality before publication.
- Collaborate with the other teams to conceptualize and develop content for campaigns and brand activations.
- Identify audience needs and propose new content ideas to fill communication gaps and enhance engagement.
- Demonstrate creative visualization skills to bring ideas to life through strong storytelling and visual sense.
The incumbent should bring along:
- Bachelorโs degree from a reputed university (students from all disciplines are welcome to apply).
- 2โ3 years of experience in copywriting or advertising will be an advantage.
- Strong command of English and Bangla, with a good understanding of idioms, trends, and contemporary expressions. A good understanding and sense of memes is a big bonus.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Bangla) is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining quality in every piece of content.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of taking creative ownership of their work.
- Experience in executing or supervising shoots will be considered a plus.
- Team-oriented, open to feedback, and eager to continually grow and learn.
