Work Shift: Night Shift

The incumbent will have the responsibility to:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations during the assigned shift (Docking, Sorting, Loading, Dispatch).
• Monitor parcel flow from receiving to dispatch and ensure process continuity.
• Coordinate between teams: Docking Team, Sorting Associates, Zone Leads, Loaders, and Linehaul Dispatchers.
• Supervise and manage a team of Zone Leads, Sorting Associates, and Loaders.
• Allocate manpower and shift duties based on volume and priority.
• Ensure all team members adhere to SOPs, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure accurate sorting by PTN and destination.
• Monitor live updates in system and troubleshoot any scanning/system issues.
• Conduct random checks to prevent parcel misrouting or dispatch errors.
• Validate zone-wise parcel reconciliation reports submitted by Zone Leads.
• Reconcile overall shift parcel in/out records.
• Submit shift-end operational reports and highlight any incidents, delays, or discrepancies.
• Act as the single point of contact during the shift for internal departments (Linehaul, Transport, Dispatch).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or courier/logistics operations
• Experience in leading teams and shift-based management
• Familiarity with parcel tracking and warehouse management systems
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail in reconciliation and reporting
• Time management and multitasking in high-pressure environments
• Basic tech proficiency (software/scanner/app use)
